Useful details
Tell TresorLink which device you are using, your iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version, and the TresorLink version.
Include where the problem shows up: the main app, the Safari extension, Private Browsing, iCloud sync, import/export, or TresorLink Plus.
If you can reproduce the issue, describe the steps from a fresh launch of the app or Safari.
Privacy reminder
Please do not send private URLs, bookmark exports, screenshots, or screen recordings that contain sensitive links unless you intentionally want support to see them.
TresorLink cannot decrypt your vault remotely and will never ask for your device passcode, Apple ID password, Keychain data, or exported bookmark files.
Purchases and refunds
TresorLink Plus purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refund requests are handled through Apple.
